Timers are AMAZING. I don't know about you-- but I have no sense of time. Working in chunks helps you see the 'light at the end of the tunnel". You can work on gradually increasing your study time, and decreasing your break time!
My favorite is working for 15 minutes, and then taking a break for 5 minutes.
Many of these links include music. Just mute them as you work if it's distracting :-)
